A new pretty damsel is ready to hot up Bollywood with her sensuality. She is Wardah Khan, a Jeddah-born, but London-bred model harbouring filmy ambitions.
This well upholstered hottie has landed a plum role in her first Hindi film, titled Marksheet. The film is an exposé of Indian education system and will have Wardah playing a “sensual” role.
“I play a girl who has come to India from New York. It's a role I can relate to. My character is a very sensual woman,” Wardah Khan recently said in an interview.
The film Marksheet will be directed by Rakesh Ranjan Kumar and will have Imran Zahid in the lead role.
Wardah is looking forward to a longer innings in Bollywood and plans to shift base to Mumbai. She’s said to be learning the nuances of Hindi language and says she’s always wanted to be a Bollywood heroine.
“I always wanted to be an actress and be a part of Bollywood. Modelling was just the beginning of it. It is very tough to get into the film industry. I am glad I have made it finally,” Wardah is quoted to have said.
